DESCRIPTION: TRIUMPHAL ARCH - Rome - Concrete and white marble. Honors the capture of Jerusalem by Emperor Titus (son of Vespasian) who destroyed Temple in Jerusalem in 79 CE. Took prisoners of war as slaves. Paraded back into Rome with troops, captives and loot from Temple.
